VigiPRO GmbH is a team of twelve people in Wuppertal. We work on mandates that carry responsibility: assumed QPPV and Graduated Plan Officer functions, quality assurance systems, audits, reports. Anyone who starts here does not work through an anonymous pile of tickets, but on projects in which every client has one dedicated contact person.
We do not permanently advertise positions that do not exist. When a position is open, it is listed here — with its tasks, working hours and location. Independently of that, we welcome speculative applications.

Pharmacovigilance management
Single case processing, signal topics, periodic reports, support for marketing authorisation holders — the professional core of the team.
Responsible functions
Graduated Plan Officers, deputy Graduated Plan Officers and QPPV experience, including in leading roles and for several countries.
Pharmacovigilance assistance
Support in day-to-day operations, literature research and the review of clinical publications.
Quality management
Quality management representative, quality assurance, SOP and PSMF work, preparation for audits and inspections.
Regulatory Affairs
GVP and GDP topics, contacts with authorities, regulatory support for marketing authorisation holders and start-ups.
Digital health and IT
Safety databases, XEVMPD, digitalisation of our own processes, full-stack development.
